Before reporting an issue
Include the workflow that failed, what you expected, what happened, the ChatGPT surface you used and the approximate date. A redacted screenshot or validation report can help.
Do not post personal data. Remove CV content, home address, phone number, email, work-right documents, private employer material and account details from a public report.
Public support route
Use the public GitHub issue form. It asks for only the product details needed to reproduce a problem.
Useful self-checks
- Try ChatGPT web if the Skills page is missing elsewhere.
- Confirm the role link is an exact, open posting.
- Ask the skill to return its evidence-safety check and document QA summary.
- For a schedule, confirm the receipt says whether continuity is snapshot-backed or verified persistent.
