Next release - provider package draft

• 65 ChatGPT tests and 65 Claude tests pass in the bundled document runtime.
• Career Centre is now described and tested as a global product; India, the United States and Australia remain examples rather than supported-country limits.
• A new active/passive search preference changes the matching threshold. Passive searches normally show no more than three exceptional roles and use an 8/10+ fit guide without padding results.
• The Claude private-beta path now downloads the current ZIP from Google Drive, then follows the verified Settings → Customize → Plugins → Add plugin → Upload plugin flow.
• The website guidance is published independently; the matching provider-skill changes remain held locally for the next packaged release.

Known release gates

OpenAI beta.3 remains live while beta.4 is submitted and reviewed. Beta.4 still needs one live ChatGPT Work schedule-creation smoke test after installation and one Claude Cowork /schedule handoff test. The Claude public-directory review outcome remains pending.
