A small list, with a small data footprint.

Capability Current, operated for HopLittleBunny, collects only the email address and ordinary message metadata you voluntarily send for this list. The one-field request on this site opens your own email application. The website does not transmit or store the address you type. Your address reaches Capability Current only if you choose to send the prepared message. If you do not send it, you receive no email updates and can still use every public episode and transcript.

We use a received address only to send new-episode alerts and essential service notices. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated advertising. Our mailbox provider necessarily processes messages to deliver them and may process data outside Australia.

We retain an address while you remain subscribed. After an unsubscribe or deletion request, we remove it from the active list within 30 days; residual provider backups may persist for up to 90 days.

To unsubscribe, access, correct or delete your information, or make a privacy complaint, email amitt7274@gmail.com with the subject “Capability Current privacy request”. We aim to respond to privacy complaints within 30 days. If a complaint remains unresolved, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner explains the next complaint step.

Website data

The static website does not set advertising cookies and does not run cross-site analytics. GitHub states that GitHub Pages logs a visitor’s IP address for security purposes, whether or not the visitor is signed in; GitHub handles that information under its privacy statement.
